My name is Abigail, and I am nine years old. I am the second child with one older sister and two younger siblings, a sister and brother. I write with my left hand, have light brown hair color and I have blue eyes. My favorite food is bacon, and I love to say “don’t deny the doubt!” I am in fourth grade, and my favorite subject is math. I also like reading the “Wayside School” series. My accomplishment in school is that I have received the “Gold Winner” on my report card. I started dancing when I was two years old, and I have been dancing for seven years. The genres of dance I have studied are Acrobatics, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Modern, Pre-Pointe and Tap.
I look up to my parents because they teach me right from wrong, and I also look up to Miss. Amanda because she helps me with dance. My favorite genres of dance are Hip-Hop and Jazz because they are active and fun, and mostly because they allow me to express my personality through dance. I find the most interesting style of dance is Hip-Hop because I can learn different moves that are fun and challenging. My favorite thing about dance class is that we are allowed to have fun and make new friends! My favorite stretch is doing the back bend.
When I am not at dance class, I still like to dance at home. But I also like to jump on the trampoline with my friends and play a game called “don’t touch the ball on trampoline.” When I am with my friends outside of school and dance school, I like to have sleep-overs.
My happiest moments are when I am dancing and accomplish new moves as well as family trips to Florida. My goal in dance class is to work hard in my dance class and push hard to win awards. My goal outside of dance class is to succeed in fourth grade by paying attention and doing all the work given in class. My ambition is to be a dance teacher.
