Registration is on-going. You can register by phone, stopping by at our school or by mailing the registration form to our school. Please click below for our class registration form and 2023-2024 Parents Agreement Waiver. The registration form AND the parent agreement waiver must be completed and submitted to the school to register a dancer to Ballet and All That Jazz.
